Data Subject Rights Policy

This Policy explains the rights individuals have under the GDPR and how to exercise them with respect to personal data processed by Infotech Solutions in connection with Tamanor.

Last updated: 17 July 2026

This is early-product wording provided for transparency. It is not legal advice and will be finalized before general availability.

1. Your rights

  • Right of access (Art. 15) — confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it, with information about the processing.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16) — correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17) — deletion where one of the legal grounds applies (e.g. data no longer needed, consent withdrawn, unlawful processing).
  • Right to restriction (Art. 18) — to limit processing in defined situations (e.g. while accuracy is checked).
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20) — to receive data you provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to have it transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.
  • Right to object (Art. 21) — to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and an absolute right to object to direct marketing.
  • Rights around automated decision-making (Art. 22) — not to be subject to a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effect; Tamanor is designed with human-in-the-loop safeguards (see the AI Transparency Notice).
  • Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3)) — at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • Right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77) — with a supervisory authority.

2. How to make a request

Send your request to info@tamanor.com (or by post to the address below). Please describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate your data. You do not need to use a specific form.

3. Identity verification

To protect your data, we may ask for information to verify your identity before acting. We request only what is proportionate and do not use it for other purposes.

4. Timeframe

We respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receiving the request. For complex or numerous requests we may extend by two further months and will tell you within the first month, with reasons.

5. Cost

Handling requests is free of charge. For manifestly unfounded or excessive requests (in particular repetitive ones) we may charge a reasonable fee reflecting administrative costs, or refuse to act, and will explain why.

6. If we cannot fully comply

We will tell you the reasons (e.g. a legal obligation to retain certain records, or the rights and freedoms of others) and inform you of your right to complain to a supervisory authority and to a judicial remedy.

7. Requests about content we process for a Customer

If your request concerns content Tamanor processes on behalf of a Customer (for example, a comment or review you posted on a business's page), that Customer is the controller. We will refer you to them and/or forward your request without undue delay and assist them in responding, as required by our DPA.

8. Complaints

You may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dozor@pdp.gov.sk, or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
